In the olden days the email client was taken from the internet options, as long as the default client is set in io the client got picked up on the trigger. i will check if anything has changed though.. Easy solution! my client had the same issue. os: win 7 home premium 64bit. office: office 2013 home & business 64bit. just update adobe reader 11.0.3 to 11.0.4..
