I meant i have intel rapid storage technology driver installed ever since i have purchased the notebook. and the microsoft links that you sent, none of the drivers are compatible with my notebook. i downloaded and tried to run but no luck.. Hp issued a new driver through the support assistant called "intel rapid storage technology 14 for windows 10 (64 bit), ver. 14.5.0.1081 ap2". the driver failed to install 3 times so i chatted with support and they did a remote session and downloaded the driver from intel's site..
